Three activities:

00 - Create tailored client handout (Diet - disease relationship handout)

01 - Evaluate menu plans created by Microsoft Co-pilot and Claude

02 - Create client handout about how to use AI for creating menus

By the end of these activities, you will be able to:

 Identify impact of brief vs. detailed prompts on the AI generated content (client handout for patient needing nutrition care)

 Evaluate AI content prior to using:

• Assess citations and content for "hallucination"
• Assess the appropriateness for use in client handout
• Identify content that needs clarification, modification, removal or addition

 Use appropriate acknowledgment of use of AI generated content and approval by professional

 Test the usefulness of client handouts created by roleplaying or making a video showing how handout could be used.

       a.  Take AI Self Assessment Quiz to see if you are ready to complete the assignments.

2.  Navigate to the Activities Page to download the word document for the assignments.

3. Complete the assignments by following instructions in the documents. 

4.  Submit your assignment to your instructor
